Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Property Manager in daily operations, including leasing, rent collection, and resident relations.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times.
  • Conduct property tours and assist with leasing activities.
  • Ensure all maintenance issues are addressed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Assist with the preparation of financial reports and budgets.
  • Help to enforce property policies and procedures.
  • Assist with the marketing and advertising of the property.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in property management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
  • Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations.
