We are seeking an experienced Local Registration Authority Personnel (LRA) to join our team in support of Information System Support services for Air National Guard Readiness Center (ANGRC).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain 100% accountability of all sensitive communication equipment issued by the ANGRC for continuity of operations, such as portable satellite phones.
  • Manage a hand receipt of all equipment transferred from the Government’s possession to the requestor, conducting accountability of 100% of all transfer hand receipts
  • Conduct and maintain daily LRA operational requirements for the processing and distribution of tokens and maintain proper levels of blank SIPRNet token stock (for SIPRNet tokens).
  • Assist in re-establishing PINs for locked SIPRNet tokens when requested by the Government or required by security.
  • Notify the AF RA to revoke, suspend, or restore PKI certificates.
  • Maintain a copy of the List of Authorized Personnel (LOAP) sharing organizational accounts and identity and E-mail Encryption certificates for the role-based accounts.
  • Ensure all communication equipment is accounted for, with immediate reporting of any discrepancies to the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) or Director of IT Operations.
  • Maintain a logbook for one SIPR and one NIPR LRA workstation.
  • Performance will be monitored by the COR/Director of IT Operations to ensure compliance with the established government standards.
Requirements:
  • LRA is expected to meet the Acceptable Quality Levels (AQLs) and ensure the highest standard of accountability and reporting.
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field
  • Must demonstrate a proven track record of managing sensitive communication equipment and maintaining meticulous records.
  • At least 7 years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience in a government or military setting is preferred, with a strong understanding of operational continuity requirements.
  • Excellent communications (both written and spoken) including customer support.
  • A high level of security clearance is required for this position, given the sensitive nature of the equipment and information handled. Must posses an active Top Secret security clearance.
