  • 3rd Shift 11PM-7AM Sun-Th
  • Pay is $21 an hour

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Set up/changeover a variety of PB machines: grinders, turning, drilling, inspection and assembly equipment.
  • Troubleshoot a variety of PB machines: grinders, turning, drilling, inspection and assembly equipment.
  • Able to complete limited PMs.
  • Notifies Team Leader of serious equipment malfunction.
  • Back-up Team Leader: Conduct start of shift meetings. Communication between shift/ or supervisor. Vacation scheduling. Production team accountability.
  • Behavior/ Actions should promote productivity.
  • Initial troubleshooting and correction of problems with support of help chain.
  • Able to complete changeovers on all assets in assigned area.
  • Complete process performance/verification sheets.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:
  • 2 years of manufacturing experience
  • 1 year of mechanical skills required
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be able to push/pull up to 50 pounds
  • Associate's degree preferred
