**What We Offer:**
  • **Competitive Compensation:** Attractive hourly wages along with shift differentials for afternoon and night shifts.
  • **Shift Differential:** An additional $0.35 for those working afternoon or night shifts.

  • **Sign-On Bonus:** A $1000 bonus awarded after six months of employment.
  • **Pay Range:** Starting pay between $25.00/hr and $28.50/hr, with top pay reaching $35.00/hr.
  • **Work Schedule:** Standard 8-hour shifts from Monday to Friday.

**Role Overview:**
As a Machinist, you will support production by fabricating and/or repairing components using various machinery and hand tools.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.
  • Ensure quality and quantity of work produced in your designated area.
  • Follow the guidance of team leaders and supervisors.
  • Set up and operate machine tools, perform assembly, fitting, or dismantling tasks as required for maintenance or construction.
  • Interpret mechanical drawings, plan procedures, and create sketches of parts as necessary.
  • Monitor the performance of all assigned machines.
  • Utilize measuring instruments to verify that products meet visual and dimensional specifications.
  • Complete related tasks such as minor pipefitting repairs, lubricating machinery, and maintaining work documentation.

**Qualifications & Experience:**
  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • Eligibility to work in the U.S. is mandatory.
  • Proficient in advanced mathematics and mechanical principles.
  • Experience in reading and interpreting mechanical drawings.
  • Familiarity with setting up and operating manual engine lathes and knee-type mills.
  • Ability to machine new parts based on measurements taken from worn components.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Capability to lift and carry 35 pounds or more.
  • Preferred: 2 years of experience in a manufacturing setting or relevant educational background.
