More about our Customer Service Rep and potential Estimator position: In this role you will be the first impression with our customers where a friendly positive attitude is required all day, and every day With all the responsibilities below, we will make sure you have the training and support you need to be your best. Plus the opportunity to potentially learn how to do collision estimating.
Experience: would prefer collision center and CCC1 experience, but if not and with the right attitude we will train you
Responsibilities
- Be the friendly first impression to all customers
- Handle all phone calls with professionalism.
- Make customer update calls.
- Inputting estimates in collision software – CCC1
- Schedule vehicle estimates and repairs
- Prepare final paperwork for delivery
- Collect and follow up on payments
- Process receipts and other simple accounting duties
- Must be a trustworthy person who follows compliance policies in regards to personal information.
Qualifications
- Good communication skills: phone, written and verbal
- Professional appearance a must (business casual)
- Reliable, dependable, and on time.
- Superior Customer Service skills
- Ability to work well with the team and customers
