Position Summary:

As a member of our team, you'll be instrumental in handling various transactional real estate needs for private businesses. The role encompasses a diverse range of tasks, including:

  • Real estate purchase and sale agreements
  • Leasing
  • Financing opinions
  • Special purpose and serial entity formation
  • Operating and limited partnership agreements
  • Addressing some real estate disputes

Key Qualifications:

  • Five to six years of experience in transactional real estate law
  • Demonstrable knowledge of entity taxation and corporate governance models (a plus)
  • Experience in real estate transactions, title review, real estate finance, or workouts
  • Superior academic performance
  • Strong analytical and writing skills

Responsibilities:

  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating real estate purchase and sale agreements
  • Managing leasing transactions and financing opinions
  • Forming special purpose and serial entities
  • Creating and reviewing operating and limited partnership agreements
  • Handling real estate disputes as needed
