Responsibilities

Client Management: Build and maintain relationships with commercial clients, addressing their insurance needs and providing exceptional service.

Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of insurance professionals, guiding them in achieving departmental goals and objectives.

Policy Analysis: Review and analyze commercial insurance policies to ensure they meet client requirements and provide adequate coverage.

Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks for clients and recommend appropriate insurance solutions to mitigate those risks.

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to grow the commercial insurance division and increase revenue.


Requirements

Licensing: Active MN Property & Casualty License is required

Experience: Proven track record in commercial insurance sales and management roles

Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team development and performance

Client-Centric: Deep commitment to client satisfaction, retention, and relationship-building

Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and revenue

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively
