Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a team of roofing technicians to ensure efficient and high-quality workmanship.
  • Conduct inspections and diagnose roof issues, including leaks and damage.
  • Perform various types of roof repairs and maintenance tasks.
  • Prepare accurate estimates and formal proposals for roofing projects.
  • Utilize estimating and project tracking software effectively.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
  • Maintain a high standard of professionalism and customer service at all times.
Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in roofing repair.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role, managing a team (preferred)
  • Proficiency with estimating and project tracking software.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a strong desire to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • High attention to detail and exceptional prioritization and time management skills.
  • Clean driving record and ability to travel to job sites.
  • Knowledge of all types of roofs and roofing materials.
  • Strong training and coaching skills to assist team members in successfully completing assigned jobs.
