Traveling Construction Foreman/Laborer to lead a new crew of 4-6. You must have strong leadership skills and recent construction experience.

We are expanding our team and looking for a highly motivated individual who can lead with a strong work ethic and drive to excel. We have been known for our quality construction projects all over the state of Florida since 1998. Our goal and reputation is to provide top-quality work efficiently and professionally with outstanding customer service every time. This job has the potential for growth and exceptional pay.

This position is 100% travel, leaving the Pensacola area on Sunday afternoon and returning by Friday evening. We provide accommodations, meals, and transportation out of/back to Pensacola, FL. Travel time to and from the job is paid. All tools and equipment are provided by the company. Great Weekly pay

[Pay is based on experience and performance]

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of installers and provide guidance throughout the installation process
  • Review installation plans and ensure all necessary materials and tools are available
  • Install products according to specifications, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the installation process
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • MUST have a CLEAN DRIVING RECORD and a Valid FL Drivers License

Qualifications:

  • Prior professional construction, carpentry, roofing, and framing experience is required
  • Supervisory/Leadership experience is required
  • Capable of working in a physically demanding environment, including long hours and at heights over 6'
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
  • Excellent problem-solving skills to address any installation issues
  • Attention to detail to ensure precise and accurate installations
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
  • Ability to read and interpret installation plans and specifications
  • Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and ability to enforce them
