We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Manager to lead our Pre op and PACU team at Central Utah Surgical Center. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing clinical management and expertise to ensure patients receive high-quality, efficient care.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and supervise all pre op and PACU areas of care
- Ensure day-to-day operations are conducted in accordance with clinical practice standards and policies of the center
- Participate in the monitoring and evaluation of nursing care provided
- Provide breaks and ensure coverage for meal breaks, late cases, and staffing shortages
- Monitor clinical area to ensure materials are provided
- Associate Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma or Higher degree in Nursing
- 1+ years of nursing experience in a clinical setting, preferably in PACU, ICU, or Surgery
- PALS certification required within 30 days of hire
