Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team in Santa Clara, CA. The ideal candidate will have strong data analysis skills, a solid understanding of business processes, and the ability to work independently. This role involves analyzing federal entitlements and installed base data, identifying data quality issues, and working closely with business process owners to resolve them.

Scope of Work:

  1. Analyze federal entitlements and installed base data, identifying and following up on data quality issues with business process owners.
  2. Develop a deep understanding of the data management process and create a playbook as applicable.
  3. Analyze and validate impact opportunities and entitlements data.
  4. Understand the packaging requirements of Impact BU (New Product Introduction), define test scenarios, develop test cases, and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Skills:

  1. Strong data analysis skills with a good understanding of business processes (experience in Opportunity, quoting flows, and Subscription/Licensing is a plus but not required).
  2. Proficient in MS Excel.
  3. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  4. Proactive approach to handling data issues.
  5. Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new challenges.
  6. Capable of coordinating cross-functional tasks as needed.
  7. Flexibility in collaborating with the IDC team.
