Are you an organized and creative individual with a passion for planning and executing memorable events? Think Tell Junction is looking for an Event Coordinator to join our vibrant team in Miami, FL. As an Event Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in bringing our events to life, ensuring they are executed flawlessly and leave a lasting impression.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate a variety of events, including conferences, workshops, and corporate gatherings.
  • Manage event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and scheduling.
  • Develop and oversee event budgets to ensure cost-effective planning and execution.
  • Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote events and drive attendance.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations to assess success and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in event planning and coordination.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
