Quality Assurance Assistant
Job Description
The Quality Assurance Assistant will support the QA Manager in maintaining and enhancing our quality management systems. This entry-level role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills and a keen interest in quality assurance.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing documentation and records for quality management systems.
- Help prepare and issue Certificates of Analysis for shipped products.
- Support the coordination of internal and external audits.
- Assist in communication and coordination with international sites.
- Provide administrative support for quality improvement initiatives.
- Maintain organized records and files related to quality assurance activities.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or a degree in a related field is a plus.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good communication skills.
- Basic understanding of quality management systems is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
