About the Role:
Join the Merchant Service team as a Quality Assurance Consultant to test Merchant Business Services Software on Point-of-Sale devices. This role is responsible for testing and delivering complex software to achieve business outcomes. You will be a subject matter expert on testing practices, ensuring that software meets functional, non-functional, and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test cases based on functional, non-functional, and compliance requirements.
- Participate in test planning and ensure stories have clear acceptance criteria.
- Identify automation opportunities and develop test automation for applicable test types.
- Assist in identifying and managing sensitive test data.
- Report issues and defects with appropriate background information for review.
- Participate in triaging reported issues/defects and assist with resolving or escalating them as necessary.
- Trace tests forwards/backwards through the development lifecycle and back to requirements.
- Communicate with testing/development teams in various geographical areas.

Required Skills:
- Primary Skill: Perfecto - Mobile Automation, Performance, and Monitoring
- Secondary Skill: Selenium
- Good knowledge of Agile Methodology and the Scrum process.
