Job Description:

The recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing to onboarding, while partnering with hiring managers across multiple departments. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable managing a high volume of requisitions, specifically for warehouse, field technicians, and sales roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for positions ranging from warehouse staff to field technicians and sales.
  • Source and attract candidates using job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate qualifications.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth process.
  • Build a robust talent pipeline to support future hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs across multiple sites.
  • Perform background checks and ensure smooth onboarding for new hires.
  • Stay informed on recruitment best practices and industry trends.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2-3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Office and general tech-savviness.
  • Proven ability to handle high-volume recruitment, with 20-25 open requisitions at a time.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
