Role Summary:

The Full Cycle Recruiter will oversee the complete recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to onboarding, while collaborating with hiring managers across various departments. This position is suited for individuals who excel in dynamic environments and are adept at managing a substantial number of job openings, particularly for warehouse personnel, field technicians, and sales representatives.

Key Duties:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for diverse roles, including warehouse staff, field technicians, and sales personnel.
  • Identify and engage potential candidates through job boards, social media platforms, and networking opportunities.
  • Evaluate resumes, conduct interviews, and determine candidate suitability.
  • Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers to ensure an efficient process.
  • Develop a strong talent pipeline to meet future staffing requirements.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to grasp staffing needs across various locations.
  • Conduct background checks and facilitate a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Stay updated on recruitment best practices and industry developments.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2-3 years in full-cycle recruitment.
  • Skills: Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with technology.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume recruitment, handling 20-25 open positions simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
