Role Summary:

The recruiter will oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, from candidate sourcing to onboarding, while collaborating with hiring managers across various departments. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for diverse positions, including warehouse personnel, field service technicians, and sales representatives.

  • Evaluate resumes, conduct interviews, and determine candidate suitability.

Candidate Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2-3 years of comprehensive recruiting experience.
  • Skills: Proficient in MS Office and possesses general technological aptitude.
  • Demonstrated capability to manage high-volume recruitment, handling 20-25 open positions simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to cultivate relationships with candidates and hiring managers alike.
