Role Summary:
The recruiter will oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, from candidate sourcing to onboarding, while collaborating with hiring managers across various departments. This position is well-suited for individuals who excel in a high-energy environment and are adept at managing numerous job openings, particularly for roles in warehousing, field services, and sales.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for diverse positions, including warehouse personnel, field service technicians, and sales representatives.
- Identify and engage potential candidates through job boards, social media platforms, and networking opportunities.
- Evaluate resumes, conduct interviews, and determine candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers to ensure an efficient process.
- Develop a strong talent pipeline to meet future staffing requirements.
- Work closely with hiring managers to comprehend staffing needs across various locations.
- Conduct background investigations and facilitate a seamless onboarding experience for new employees.
- Remain updated on recruitment best practices and industry developments.
Candidate Qualifications:
- Experience: 2-3 years of comprehensive recruiting experience.
- Skills: Proficient in MS Office and possesses general technological aptitude.
- Demonstrated capability to manage high-volume recruitment, handling 20-25 open positions simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to cultivate relationships with candidates and hiring managers alike.
