Poker List Attendant

The List Attendant is responsible for greeting guests as they arrive at the poker room, recording the guest names in the appropriate order on the waiting list, and for seating players when an open table becomes available.
Job Responsibilities:
- Represent Wynn Poker as a positive brand ambassador by adhering to all Wynn Service Standards.
- Greet and build relationships with guests through caring, friendly guest interactions.
- Verifying that guests are over the legal gaming age by checking for valid identification.
- Placing guests on the poker waiting list through the Bravo Poker Software.
- Managing table change requests.
- Answering the poker room phone and handling general guest inquiries.
- Strong organizations skills and a pleasant voice presentation over a microphone.
- At least 1 year of experience in a role requiring Guest Service and Guest Interaction.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior live poker room experience is preferred, but not required.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain any licensing or active work cards required, at present or in the future, for this position at all times
