SGA Lists, LLC is a hospitality-focused staffing group based in Saratoga Springs, NY. We are seeking Booth Attendants to join our team in Las Vegas, NV and help support our clients by providing excellent service to guests. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate an enthusiastic attitude towards serving guests and co-workers.

Job Overview:
As a Booth Attendant for the Formula 1 race, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for event attendees. You will be responsible for managing and maintaining the booth, interacting with guests, providing information, and assisting with various tasks to contribute to the overall success of the event.
Responsibilities:
  • Set up and organize the booth area before the event starts, ensuring all materials and supplies are ready for use.
  • Greet and welcome attendees with a positive and friendly attitude, creating a welcoming atmosphere at the booth.
  • Provide accurate information about the event schedule, activities, and any other relevant details to guests.
  • Assist attendees with inquiries, such as directions, facilities, and services, demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
  • Maintain a neat and organized booth area throughout the event, restocking brochures, merchandise, and other materials as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to address any issues or challenges that may arise during the event.
  • Monitor and manage the crowd around the booth, ensuring a safe and orderly environment.
  • Contribute to post-event breakdown and cleanup, ensuring the booth area is left in good condition.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (college education a plus).
  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, events, or hospitality is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Enthusiastic, approachable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with Formula 1 racing or motorsports is advantageous but not required.
  • Must be punctual and reliable.

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Lift and carry items up to [weight limit].
  • Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions..
