Time Commitment: 20-32 hours/week

 

Description: With an internship in the Digital Department, you’ll gain real-world hands-on experience in assisting the department with essential content management, project management and new business responsibilities. This support role will provide diverse exposure to build foundational Digital skill sets.


 

   Essential Job Duties:

  • Content management:
    • Help triage bugs, content bugs, content population and CMS maintenance for website clients
    • Support with ongoing quality assurance (QA) needs
    • Audit websites for accessibility, crosslinking opportunities, integration efficiency
    • Research best practices within the digital space
  • Project management:
    • Assist in staffing and scheduling between our global offices
    • Support the project management team in liaising with the Brand Leadership team members
    • Provide daily administrative support
  • New business development: 
    • Support team during request for proposal (RFP) and pitch development processes with various pieces of administrative support
