Job Overview:As Kizik’s Brand Marketing Manager, you will play a significant role in defining and advancing the Brand via our DTC and wholesale ecosystem. You will collaborate with our brand, DTC, sales, and broader marketing teams to lead strategy and activation. You’ll drive new product launches, brand tentpoles and programs to introduce Kizik to new consumers and excite existing fans of the brand. We’re looking for someone who can create and align others on a vision, ensure success end-to-end and drive results. As an expert achiever, you’ll play a critical role in the organization’s global growth.
Key Responsibilities:1. Strategic Planning and Execution
  • Lead the creative brief process with internal channel owners and external agency to develop key story strategy and positioning, including the development of both sell-in and sell-thru toolkits.
  • Drive campaign strategy and ensure channel launch plans develop and progress on brief and on plan.
  • Communicate with Global & US sales and marketing teams to ensure that product positioning and objectives are well defined and deliver a consistent brand message.
  • Identify, structure and develop brand partnership strategy to drive relevance for Kizik, create stories in the marketplace, and engage with our passionate employees.
  • Partner with the broader organization and outside partners to develop insights to better understand the consumer, their journey and map key channel touch points.
2. Partner & Cross-Functional Management
  • Partner with internal marketing teams, across creative, digital, Ecomm and DTC to determine proper needs and execution by channel, with one aligned voice.
  • Day to day agency management to ensure that strategy and creative meets the brand brief on time and on budget.
  • Manage key milestones calendar for story and campaign development, creating a structure and cadence for key leadership and department share outs.
3. Performance & Optimization
  • Identify areas of opportunity within the competitive and market landscape based on new platforms, trends, and product assortment.
  • Work with channel owners to establish KPIs and recap campaigns to track performance.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 6+ years of marketing experience. Consumer product experience required, experience in the footwear or apparel industry preferred.
  • Solid written communication skills and demonstrated comfort level with public speaking and presenting.
  • Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships to develop impactful sales and brand equity driving programs.
  • Solid understanding of wholesale distribution and global markets.
  • Proven track record for developing and executing new initiatives, managing internal and external teams.
  • Strong project management skills, time management skills and attention to detail while simultaneously managing multiple projects.
  • Comfortable in fast-changing, fast paced environment with tight deadlines.

Working Conditions:Normal office environment. Domestic travel will be required for key milestones and selling periods.
  • Performs duties consistent with the Company’s goals and policies.
  • Performs other duties as required/assigned by manager.
