  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to assess training needs, identify learning objectives, and develop a comprehensive training strategy aligned with organizational goals. Design training programs that address skill gaps, promote professional growth, and enhance employee performance.
  • Lead the development of multimedia training materials, including videos, interactive tutorials, and e-learning modules. Work closely with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and multimedia specialists to ensure the creation of engaging and informative content that resonates with diverse audiences.
  • Coordinate the rollout of training initiatives across the organization, ensuring seamless delivery and accessibility to all employees. Develop implementation plans, establish timelines, and allocate resources effectively to support the successful execution of training programs.
  • Establish metrics and evaluation criteria to assess the effectiveness of training programs and measure learning outcomes. Conduct regular evaluations, gather feedback from participants, and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions to enhance training effectiveness.
  • Design and develop curriculum and course materials for various training programs, incorporating best practices in instructional design, adult learning principles, and interactive learning techniques. Create engaging learning activities and assessments that promote active participation and knowledge retention.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Human Resources, or related field. Master's degree preferred.

Proven experience in instructional design, curriculum development, and training program management.

Proficiency in multimedia authoring tools and e-learning platforms (e.g., Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, Moodle).

Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage resources effectively.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.

Experience with training needs assessment, competency mapping, and performance analysis.

Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and training evaluation methodologies (e.g., Kirkpatrick model).
