We are looking for a Clinic Director/Partner with leadership experience and community referral connections that wants to build and help grow their own practice and help us expand our business in the Boise region. What You Will Do:
- Responsibility for the day-to-day clinical operations
- Lead by example by carrying a caseload and creating individualized care plans for each client
- Market to local referral sources and community to grow the business
- Utilize patient centered metrics to ensure customer satisfaction and clinical efficiency
- Manage schedule and payroll
- Training of new employees for their role and responsibilities
- Identify staff development opportunities to facilitate advancement of their clinical skills
- Comply with all federal, state, and insurance-based rules and regulations
Qualifications:
- Graduation from a physical therapy curriculum approved by the American Physical Therapy Association.
- Current State licensure for the practice of physical therapy.
