In this position you will be responsible for the following:

  • Analyzing market trends
  • Identifying opportunities for growth and devising plans to capitalize on these opportunities
  • Create targeted sales initiatives that drive revenue and market share
  • Knowledge of the Commercial Project Lighting sales channel
  • Knowledge including pricing structures, key account management, and new business development, with a proven track record of success

A regional sales manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers in the region. You will establish trust and a good working relationship with clients that will drive customer loyalty and long-term success.

What it takes to succeed:

You will need 3 years' experience working with the Primary Lighting Agency network in the U.S. (Agencies with 80+ Lighting and Controls Brands). Having Architectural and White goods product knowledge is required. Along with having knowledge of Electrical Distributors' role in the market and stock sales is required.
