Job Description: As an Entry Level Event Coordinator, you will assist in planning, organizing, and executing a variety of events, from corporate meetings to large-scale conferences. You will be responsible for coordinating with vendors, managing event timelines, and ensuring every detail is meticulously executed to create memorable experiences for our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of events
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and stakeholders
  • Manage event timelines and schedules
  • Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown
  • Ensure all event details are flawlessly executed
  • Provide on-site support during events

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for event planning and coordination
  • Previous experience in event planning is a plus but not required
