Being a Via Vital Volunteer Driver has its Advantages:

You will work with other dedicated professionals who share your passion for helping individuals in need. We offer:

  • A fun and supportive environment providing door through door services
  • A role where you can interact and make a difference in a life
  • Free training will be out of our Boulder office. We have Toyota Prius’, Subaru’s, an MV1 or you can drive your own vehicle (upon approval)

As a Via Vital Volunteer Driver you will safely operate a Prius, an MV-1 or drive your own vehicle and transport passengers, while adhering to Via’s Standard Operating Procedures. In this role you will work closely with dispatch on scheduling routes where you will be responsible for communicating and assisting passengers with disabilities and special needs.

Qualifications for Via Vital Volunteer Driver:

  • At least 21 years of age
  • Possess a valid Driver’s License in good standing
  • May be subject to non-DOT drug testing policy
  • Must complete pre-employment background check and ongoing Motor Vehicle Records checks
