We are seeking full-time Administrative Administrative & Marketing Assistant to join our team You will perform clerical and administrative functions and marketing support in order to drive company success.
Responsibilities:
- Manage company social media accounts
- Assist in marketing/advertising campaigns
- Plan and schedule company involvement in community events
- Conduct customer service surveys, greet and assist onsite guests
- Answer inbound telephone calls, back up dispatch during peak hours and schedule service
- Review and answer emails
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents
- Implement new and revise existing processes
- Data entry and filing
- Perform all other office tasks
- Punctuality
- Prefer if applicant lives within a 10 mile radius of office
- High school diploma, GED
- Previous experience in office marketing and administration or other related fields (1-2+ years)
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, email and social media
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
Hourly pay plus commission. The hourly rate is dependent upon an individual's level of experience. Please include your desired compensation on your resume or cover letter.
