Mercedes-Benz of Alexandria is seeking a Full-Time Phone agent working with the BDC Service Department. This position requires evenings and some Saturday shifts. Previous customer service experience is preferred.  The right individual will be a self-starter, with a track record of success in delivering customer satisfaction while maintaining attention to detail. Quality and passion are what sets us apart from our competition. Our employees are our strongest asset and have contributed to the continued success of our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a high-volume of inbound customer inquiries by phone, email, text, and chats
  • Be a liaison between customers and the service department
  • Assist in implementing customer campaigns and marketing projects
  • Must be comfortable with computers programs and smart devices
  • Assist in generating reports and logs

Requirements:

  • Previous Customer Service Experience
  • Excellent phone, organizational, written, and oral skills
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • Positive Attitude
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Willing to work some weekend shifts
  • Drive to succeed customer expectations
