 Responsibilities
  • Prepares payoff checks for new vehicles and trade ins
  • Bills out all retail deals and prepares Certificates of Origin
  • Ensures that all trade-in paperwork is completed properly
  • Various reporting requirements including schedule reconciliations
  • Other tasks as assigned
  • Process all vehicles for registration in the state in which they will be titled
  • Prepares tax and title documents
  • Submits all legal transfer work to the Department of Motor Vehicles
  • Prepares payoff checks for new vehicles and trade ins
  • Bills out all dealer trades and prepares Certificates of Origin
  • Maintains accurate documentation of processed and outstanding titles
  • Requesting duplicate titles, and CVR
  • Various reporting requirements including schedule reconciliations.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year experience preferred.
  • Must have knowledge of Microsoft office, including experience with Excel
  • Ideal candidate must be highly organized
  • Must possess excellent communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment
