Leader Automotive Group is a wholly owned subsidiary of AutoCanada, a publicly traded company. - Responsible for selling various automotive parts and company products via face to face with customers and technician's and inbound/outbound phone calls
- Generate revenue by selling and promoting sales of automotive parts and existing products.
- Assist walk-in customers with sales and services and respond to questions about pricing and arrival times.
- Process and review orders for correct handling, pricing, quantities and shipping data.
- Directly receive and process payment from walk-in customers.
- Monitor parts inventory to insure minimum stocking levels.
- Assist with daily housekeeping duties.
- Assume other duties as assigned.
- Familiarity with in house DMS systems.
- Must be attentive to detail and ensure accuracy in work assignments.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with others and be a team player.
- Must have the flexibility to work variable schedules, including weekends.
- Must be organized and a self-starter.
- Familiarity with Reynolds and Reynolds system a plus.
