Leader Automotive Group is a wholly owned subsidiary of AutoCanada, a publicly traded company. Leader Automotive is AutoCanada's first footprint into the U.S. market and we currently have 10 dealerships consisting of 21 different franchises and approximately 800 employees. We have a strong presence in the Chicagoland area with 8 dealerships and 2 more located in central Illinois. Responsibilities
  • Responsible for selling various automotive parts and company products via face to face with customers and technician's and inbound/outbound phone calls
  • Generate revenue by selling and promoting sales of automotive parts and existing products.
  • Assist walk-in customers with sales and services and respond to questions about pricing and arrival times.
  • Process and review orders for correct handling, pricing, quantities and shipping data.
  • Directly receive and process payment from walk-in customers.
  • Monitor parts inventory to insure minimum stocking levels.
  • Assist with daily housekeeping duties.
  • Assume other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Familiarity with in house DMS systems.
  • Must be attentive to detail and ensure accuracy in work assignments.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with others and be a team player.
  • Must have the flexibility to work variable schedules, including weekends.
  • Must be organized and a self-starter.
  • Familiarity with Reynolds and Reynolds system a plus.
