**Qualifications:**

- A minimum of two years of multifamily maintenance experience and/or relevant training.

- High school diploma or GED preferred.

- At least one year of supervisory experience preferred.

- EPA certification required; CPO certification is a plus.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.

- Valid driver's license is a must.

**Physical Requirements:**

- Ability to navigate the property - walking, climbing, bending, lifting (up to 50 pounds), and using various maintenance tools.

- Must be able to see and comprehend blueprints and schematics, as well as clearly communicate in person and over the phone.
