Slim Chickens, renowned for its Southern hospitality and exceptional chicken dishes, is seeking a dedicated and proactive 2nd Assistant Manager to join our team in Fargo, North Dakota. Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Support: Assist the Operating Partner and Assistant Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring the restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently during your shift.
  • Team Management: Support the recruitment, training, and development of team members. Provide guidance and motivation to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards.
  • Guest Service: Maintain and enhance guest satisfaction by addressing and resolving any concerns or issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a memorable dining experience for all guests.
  • Inventory and Financial Management: Assist with inventory control, ordering, and financial reporting to maintain accuracy and optimize profitability.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and local laws to create a safe and clean work environment.
