Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Oversight: Assist the Operating Partner in managing daily operations, including overseeing staff, ensuring adherence to company standards, and maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction.

  • Guest Relations: Address guest concerns and feedback promptly and professionally, ensuring every guest leaves with a memorable experience.

  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, company policies, and local laws.
