  • Lead & Inspire: Assemble, coach, and guide a high-performing sales team to new heights of achievement.
  • Strategize & Implement: Develop innovative sales strategies and training programs that increase performance and sales.
  • Set Goals & Smash Them: Establish ambitious sales objectives and lead the team to surpass them.
  • Analyze & Optimize: Utilize market analyses and sales data to tailor strategies that meet customer needs and maximize potential.
  • Inventory Management: Ensure the dealership is stocked with high-demand vehicles to meet market trends and customer preferences.
  • Be the Link: Act as a vital bridge between the sales department and other areas of the dealership to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Who You Are:

  • A visionary leader with experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
  • An experienced navigator of sales environments, with a proven track record (2-10 years) in leading teams to success.
  • A communicator par excellence, capable of crafting compelling messages and delivering them to diverse audiences.
  • A problem-solver, with strong analytical skills and the ability to adapt strategies based on data and market trends.
  • Licensed to sell, with a valid State Sales License and Driver’s License.
