We are seeking a Full-Time Licensed Psychologist - PsyD or Ph.D. to join our Burlington, Massachusetts location.

Clinicians can use telehealth 1-2 days a week if they are full-time. Additional days on-site are required. Must commit to two evenings a week.

Compensation:

  • The salary range for this position is $119,700 to $179,500 per year. The role also allows bonuses based on performance. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, licensure/certifications, scheduled clinical hours, etc.

Requirements:

  • Active and unrestricted PsyD or Ph.D. licensed in Massachusetts.
  • Comfortable working with a wide range of clinical presentations
  • Experience working with children or adolescents.
  • Experience with couples or family counseling.
  • Self-motivated, ambitious, and able to build rapport with clients quickly.

Beneficial Skills & Experience:

  • Two years of clinical experience is preferred.
  • Solid computer and basic technology skills

  • A demonstrated history of ongoing professional development and growth.
  • Evidence of working effectively and collaboratively with colleagues.
