Job Title: Med Techs (All shifts & Overnights)


Job Summary:

Grand Villa is seeking a reliable and compassionate Med Tech to join our team. As a Med Tech, you will be responsible for passing meds, resident services, and other duties as assigned. You will be working in both Memory Care and Assisted Living units. We have full-time and part-time shifts available.


Responsibilities:

- Administer medication to residents as prescribed by the physician

- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

- Provide personal services to residents such as companionship, emotional support, and motivation

- Plan and organize social-recreational activities for residents

- Perform delegated tasks such as taking vital signs, recording medical information, and reporting changes in residents' conditions

- Assist with meal preparation and serving

- Maintain accurate and complete documentation of residents' care and medication administration


Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Completion of a state-approved medication administration course

- Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA)

- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Compassionate and patient demeanor
