Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Helicopter Pilot to join our team at Med-Trans. As a Medical Air Transport Pilot, you will be responsible for safely transporting patients to and from medical facilities, working closely with a team of medical experts to ensure the highest level of care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with medical teams to transport patients to and from medical facilities
  • Ensure aircraft readiness for flight dispatches, adhering to FAR and Med-Trans requirements
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, including MTC and regulatory requirements
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch, flight crews, and facilities to ensure seamless operations
  • Provide shift change information to successive pilots and teams, following established protocols
  • Meet the requirements for certifications and ongoing training

Requirements:

  • Current Rotorcraft FAA Commercial Certificate
  • Helicopter instrument rating
  • Current FAA Class II Medical Certificate
  • 2,000 Total Flight Hours
  • 1,500 Helicopter Hours
  • 1,000 Helicopter PIC Hours
  • 1,000 Turbine Helicopter Hours
  • 200 Helicopter Night Flight Hours (Aided or Unaided)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • B407 Experience
