Qualifications

Responsibilities

 

This position handles all administrative title work in the dealership, processes customer purchase packets to send accurate and complete contracts to the appropriate bank

 

Review and process all documents associated with customer vehicle purchase including the bank contract while ensuring all documents are signed properly

 

Prepare  title documents in a timely manner

 

Submit all legal transfer documents to the DMV, including Notice of Lien filing

 

Prepare and maintain trade-in vehicle jackets

 

Accurately maintain filing system for car deals

 

Attend title seminars and keep current with applicable laws and regulations

 

Properly represent the dealership to its customers and vendors in a friendly manner

 

Adhere to all company policies and procedures

 

Performs other duties as assigned
