Minimum Qualifications

Education | *Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Business Analyst role

  • Experience | *Previous experience with financial accounting systems
  • Experience | *Good understanding of the Florida PALM Project
  • Experience | Demonstrated organizational skills in terms of project management, meeting facilitation and definition of solutions with the business.
  • Experience | Strong interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written), including the ability to articulate business solutions. The candidate must have the ability to communicate effectively with technical teams to develop and configure solutions.
  • Experience | *Strong competency in basic Microsoft 365 applications as well as Visio, Access, and MS Project

Knowledge and Skills

  • *Direct experience with the Florida PALM Project.
  • *Preference will be given to candidates with previous exposure to Florida PALM.
  • Ability to document As Is FLAIR interface processes and work with Finance & Accounting to develop To Be processes to Florida PALM
  • Ability to work with Finance & Accounting teams to gather and understand detailed functional requirements
  • Ability to work closely with IT teams to ensure interface designs are aligned with business objectives
  • Assist in converting requirements into designs / configurations for testing, review and implementation plans with the Finance & Accounting team
