What's the purpose of this role:
We are actively looking for an Account Manager. At Nxt Level, an Account Manager is client facing. They're responsible for hunting new logos and managing those customer relationships. They will partner with recruiters for customer delivery. For example, if you break into Spotify, you would manage that relationship. Spotify would use us to help them find engineers. You will partner with the recruiting team to recruit, calibrate, and coordinate top tier candidates to be delivered to our clients.
So, what are the ingredients to be successful in this role?
Be a true hunter. Have a “do whatever it takes,” attitude to win as a partner. You know that it takes effort, persistence, and patience to win. You know that cold-calling is your greatest strength.
