Primary Job Responsibilities:

Work hours - 9:15 am - 6:15 pm (1 hour lunch break)

  • Maintaining class ratios in the evenings
  • Answering parent and prospective parent inquiries via Email and phone.
  • Assisting teachers with classroom materials
  • Assisting with school events, Spring Fling, Christmas Party, Teacher Appreciation Week etc.
  • Assisting director with other duties as assigned
Required Work Experience:

  • One year experience as an Office Manager or Administrative Assistant in a licensed preschool or day care setting.
  • Teaching experience in a licensed preschool or day care setting is preferred.
  • Associates Degree OR Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field is preferred but not required.
