Position Summary:
Rowe Casa Organics is seeking a dedicated and experienced Shipping Supervisor to join our team for the overnight shift. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing the overnight shipping operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and timely delivery of products. As a Shipping Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a team of overnight shipping staff and coordinating shipping activities to meet customer demands.  This position is a full-time position and will include a shift differential.  Scheduled hours are Monday – Friday 10:30pm-7:30am and reports to the Director of Fulfillment.

 

Key Responsibilities:
Supervision and Leadership

  • Lead and supervise a team of overnight shipping staff.
  • Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure optimal performance.

Shipping Operations

  • Oversee the picking, packing, and shipping of products in accordance with company standards.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of shipments.

Quality Control

  • Implement quality control measures to ensure products meet company standards.
  • Address and resolve any quality issues promptly.

Communication

  • Communicate effectively with other departments to coordinate shipping schedules and resolve any issues.
  • Provide regular updates to management on shipping activities and performance.

 

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a shipping or logistics role.
  • Proven leadership and supervisory skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
  • Ability to work the overnight shift (Monday-Friday, 10:30pm-7:30am).

Education and Experience:
