Job DescriptionJob Description

We’re looking for a detail-oriented maintenance support specialist to join our real estate team. Your primary responsibilities will include managing and following up on maintenance work orders, coordinating property turnovers, and working closely with HOAs to ensure all properties are well-maintained. You’ll also be the key point of contact for tenants, vendors, and property owners, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout. Additionally, you’ll assist with administrative tasks such as organizing and tracking property-related documentation. Compensation:

$18 - $21 hourly

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage maintenance work orders: Ensure timely completion by following up with vendors, scheduling necessary repairs, and communicating updates to tenants and property owners.
  • Oversee property turnovers: Handle the coordination of move-ins and move-outs, including scheduling inspections, organizing cleaning services, and ensuring properties are ready for new tenants.
  • Liaise with Homeowners Associations (HOAs): Maintain regular communication with HOAs to address property concerns, ensure compliance with regulations, and manage community-related issues.
  • Communicate with tenants, vendors, and owners: Serve as the primary point of contact, providing clear and professional communication to address concerns, coordinate services, and ensure all parties are informed.
  • Maintain property management records: Organize and track documentation related to property maintenance, turnovers, and HOA communications, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
Qualifications:
  • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
  • Communicates well, both verbally and written
  • Must have high school diploma or GED
  • Possesses a basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and customer database systems
  • Previous experience in the real estate industry

After building a successful Real Estate and Property Management business under other Phoenix area brokerages for 12 years, Jason Geroux branched out on his own.
