About Our Internships:

We offer PAID short-term summer internships in a rewarding, creative atmosphere with our award-winning firm Interns can expect to work on a variety of tasks similar to entry-level staff, and the tasks will vary depending on our current project needs. This is a great opportunity to make new connections and gain real-world experience  

This is not a remote position. It is required to be onsite in the Pleasanton, CA office a minimum of 3 days per week and as needed for special projects/office/team/employee meetings.

What You Will Do:

  • Assist with updating job descriptions
  • Assist the HR team with onboarding new hires
  • Assist with the preparation of HR related reports
  • Perform other administrative duties for the HR team, as needed
     

Your Qualifications:
Student Candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field and will have completed your 3rd year by June 2024.
  • Excellent verbal and written, graphic communication skills 
  • Strong computer and data entry skills, including proficiency in MS Office.
  • Excellent organization and process improvement skills.
  • Proficient graphic/presentation skills.
  • Resourceful, self-motivated, enthusiastic team player. 
  • Outstanding analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. 
  • Currently eligible to work in the USA.


Salary range: 
The hourly pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00. Placement within this pay range will be determined by factors such as education, qualifications, project complexity and/or experience. The maximum is reserved for candidates who currently meet all job requirements. We believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as part of any final offer.
