**Job Description:**
As a BDC Representative, you will serve as a key point of contact between our dealership and potential customers. You will be responsible for managing inbound inquiries, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for our sales team. **Responsibilities:**
- Respond promptly and professionally to inbound inquiries via phone and internet channels.
