- Accurately organize and maintain files for all quality documents, records, and other documents in hard/soft copy.
- Maintain storage, retrieval and disposal of quality documents and records, adhering to the records retention procedure.
- Assist with Document Management System Database.
- Participate in 5 S and Lean initiatives.
- Supports process improvement project owned by the QA Department.
- Assist with review of new and revised documentation for suitability and conformance to the quality system.
- Help ensure that all departments are trained in new procedures or revision of existing procedures and help manage training files for all employees.
- Support audits and corrective action resolution/follow-up.
- 2-3 years related experience and /or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Pro.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word and MS Excel specifically).
- Basic project management skills.
- ISO9001 and 14001 experience preferred.
- Ability to quickly learn a tack and proactively apply new skills with minimal direction.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
