  • Accurately organize and maintain files for all quality documents, records, and other documents in hard/soft copy.
  • Maintain storage, retrieval and disposal of quality documents and records, adhering to the records retention procedure.
  • Assist with Document Management System Database.
  • Participate in 5 S and Lean initiatives.
  • Supports process improvement project owned by the QA Department.
  • Assist with review of new and revised documentation for suitability and conformance to the quality system.
  • Help ensure that all departments are trained in new procedures or revision of existing procedures and help manage training files for all employees.
  • Support audits and corrective action resolution/follow-up.
What you will need
  • 2-3 years related experience and /or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Pro.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word and MS Excel specifically).
  • Basic project management skills.
  • ISO9001 and 14001 experience preferred.
  • Ability to quickly learn a tack and proactively apply new skills with minimal direction.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
