Resumen del Trabajo:

El Especialista en Control de Calidad de Nissan es responsable de la recopilación de datos y la elaboración de informes para todas las operaciones de ensamblaje de fabricación. Es fundamental que los asociados registren y reporten con precisión estos datos a las operaciones, además de proporcionar asistencia correctiva y de contención al equipo de fabricación.

Funciones Esenciales:

  • Recopilar datos de inspección precisos y ser capaz de comunicar estos hallazgos al personal operativo.
  • Mantener una mentalidad de seguridad y servicio al cliente en todo momento.
  • Asegurar que el equipo analítico esté en buen estado de funcionamiento y que las actividades de inspección y mantenimiento se realicen según lo programado.
  • Gestionar las rutas de auditoría de control de calidad y completar los requisitos según su finalización programada.
  • Identificar, corregir y documentar discrepancias.
  • Notificar al cliente sobre preocupaciones y trabajar en conjunto con el personal de fabricación y técnico para resolver problemas.
  • Documentar e informar sobre no conformidades e identificar tendencias en el equipo.
  • Servir como respaldo para otros Técnicos de Control de Calidad.
  • Mantener un ambiente de trabajo seguro y limpio.
  • Cumplir o superar todos los requisitos del contratista del sitio, incluyendo pruebas aleatorias de drogas, prácticas de seguridad, conducta ética y cualquier otro requisito apropiado.
  • Comunicar de manera efectiva con la gerencia, mantenimiento y otros empleados de manera oportuna cuando las actividades de calidad dictan acción.
  • Desarrollar la competencia para capacitar y orientar a otros.
  • Pueden realizarse otras tareas según lo asignado por el Supervisor o el Gerente del Sitio.

Requisitos Mínimos / Calificaciones:

  • Título de secundaria o equivalente.
  • Experiencia en máquinas de fabricación de alta velocidad preferida.
  • Antecedentes en eléctrica, mecánica o control de calidad/aseguramiento de calidad preferidos.
  • Fuertes habilidades analíticas y de análisis estadístico preferidas.
  • Habilidades intermedias en Microsoft Office.
  • Demostrar un excelente servicio al cliente.
  • Demostrar automotivación, iniciativa, honestidad, integridad y atención al detalle.
  • Capacidad para identificar mejores prácticas y aportar innovación al entorno laboral.
  • Capacidad para aprender conceptos básicos eléctricos y mecánicos.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar horas extras, fines de semana y días festivos según se asigne.
