DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify new Agency relationships in the law enforcement space, leading to new market expansion in previously uncovered areas
  • Provide insights on pricing strategies, market trends, and capturing competitive intelligence
  • Identify key Retail/Distribution accounts for the channel. Work directly with those accounts to support efforts to reach law enforcement agencies
  • Conduct outbound visits to existing and potential customers, focusing on revenue development and brand awareness
  • Provide customer feedback to product engineers for continuous improvement of our product line and keep T4E at the top of product innovation
  • Segment customers as it pertains to revenue and potential, including Federal agencies, SWAT, Riot, and Patrol within all states
  • Conduct research and identify leads by cold calling and qualifying prospects
  • Attend trade events to expand our reach to new agencies

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) required
  • 3-5 years of successful Law Enforcement sales experience and/or prior employment with a law enforcement agency
  • Knowledge of Training products in the Law Enforcement sector is preferred
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong financial analysis skills needed
  • Team player with the ability to excel in a collaborative environment
  • Must be able to successfully interface with operations, customer service, logistics, product development and quality departments
  • Ability to source, disseminate and properly apply secondary research
  • Approximately 25-50 % travel required
