Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Injury Lawyer to join our Fort Worth Division. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully handling personal injury cases, excellent negotiation skills, and a passion for client advocacy. As a key member of our team, you will manage a diverse caseload, work closely with clients, and contribute to the growth and success of our firm.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of personal injury cases from inception to resolution.
  • Conduct thorough investigations to gather evidence, including witness statements, medical records, and accident reports.
  • Prepare and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
  • Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and mediations.
  • Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel.
  • Provide clients with regular updates on case progress and answer any questions or concerns.
  • Collaborate with paralegals, legal assistants, and other support staff to ensure efficient case management.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical standards.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active membership in the Texas State Bar.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in personal injury law.
  • Strong understanding of Texas personal injury laws and regulations.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Commitment to providing compassionate and empathetic client service.
