ARSI® is accepting applications for a Paralegal/Pre-Litigation Specialist within our Wichita office location. We are looking for full-time team members to further our mission to deliver exceptional service and performance by responding immediately to our client's needs and viewing our organization as an extension of our client's business and working with consumers to resolve account balances.

Responsibilities and qualifications for the position include, but are not limited to:
  • Managing attorney case load
  • Preparing Case Summaries
  • Assist drafting various pleadings and discoveries
  • Communicate critical information with staff, clients, and other staff members
  • Be adaptable to change in procedures
  • Provide support with calendaring court dates and document preparation
  • Provide administrative support including scheduling, billing and time entry, calendaring, document preparation and maintenance.
  • Be self-motivated and have a positive attitude
  • Assist with phone calls to and from courts, attorneys, and consumer
  • Responsibilities are subject to change at any given time at the discretion of Upper Management

Requirements: 
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Highly organized
  • Strong Communication skills, verbal and written
  • Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • 5+ years previous paralegal or legal assistant experience Ability and desire to learn new things and work in a fast-paced practice.
  • College degree or legal assistant/paralegal education preferred but not required
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in Windows-based computer applications
  • Bilingual (English-Spanish) is a plus
**The new hire class will begin on August 13th, 2024
